Paw and Order UK began with one dog who changed the way we understood behaviour, trust and second chances. Diesel is the face of the business—and the reason it exists.

Meet Diesel

Diesel is a four-year-old Boxer who came to us at 14 months old. He was only meant to stay temporarily as a foster, but when we learned that he had already experienced five homes, we knew he needed stability, patience and people willing to understand him.

Misunderstood—not a bad dog

Diesel arrived with behavioural challenges, but those behaviours were part of his story—not his identity. By slowing down, listening to what he was communicating and working with him rather than against him, we began to see the loyal, funny and affectionate dog underneath. His progress has taken time, consistency and plenty of learning.

Why Paw and Order UK exists

Diesel is by no means perfect, and that is exactly the point. Real dogs are individuals, and real progress does not happen overnight. Paw and Order UK was created to offer the patient, practical and understanding support we wanted for him—helping dogs feel safe, helping owners feel supported and treating every paw as a priority.
