Payment-card information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored by us. We only share information with service providers where needed to run the website, process payments or deliver a service, or where the law requires it. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes. You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, or object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing us. Website, services and digital products
Website information and training guides are general educational information and are not a substitute for veterinary advice or an in-person assessment where one is needed. Results vary between dogs and depend on welfare, health, environment and consistent practice. If you are concerned about pain, sudden behaviour change or safety, contact a veterinary professional. A service booking is only confirmed when we accept it and agree the details with you. Prices and what is included are shown before payment. Digital products are for the purchaser's personal use and must not be copied, resold or shared. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
